Analytik Jena‘s innuTaq DNA Polymerase is a highly purified recombinant thermostable DNA polymerase that has been isolated from E. coli carrying a vector encoding the Thermus aquaticus DNA polymerase gene. The enzyme has 5’ - 3’ DNA polymerase activity. It exhibits high thermal stability in withstanding prolonged incubations at elevated temperatures (95°C). It is recommended for use in routine PCR reactions.

innuTaq RED DNA Polymerase has a special formulation, which contains a non-toxic and non-hazardous red dye. The strong red color also provides an easy and quick check of reactions to which the enzyme has been added, facilitates the confirmation of complete mixing, making it very suitable for standard applications.
The reaction products are ready for direct gel loading and the dye serves as marker for electrophoresis progress monitoring. The presence of the dye has no effect to the application. innuTaq HOT-A DNA Polymerase provides improved specificity and sensitivity when amplifying low-copy-number targets in complex backgrounds or when prolonged room temperature set up is required. The polymerase activity is blocked at ambient temperature and switched on automatically at the onset of the initial denaturation. The thermal activation prevents the extension of nonspecifically annealed primers and primer-dimer formation at low temperatures during PCR setup.The enzyme catalyzes the polymerization of nucleotides into duplex DNA in 5‘ - 3‘ direction in the presence of magnesium. It also possesses a 5‘ - 3‘ polymerization-dependent exonuclease replacement activity but lacks a 3‘ - 5‘ exonuclease activity. innuTaq HOT-A DNA Polymerase requires no prolonged heating or denaturing step. The polymerase inhibiting ligand is quickly released at the increased temperature of thermal cycling.

Long Range Taq DNA Polymerase is a mixture of recombinant thermostable Taq DNA polymerase with a second thermostable polymerase. It is optimized for amplification of long DNA templates. Using Long Range Taq DNA Polymerase, a routine extension is possible with significantly better fidelity compared to other standard Taq Polymerase.

innuTaq TITAN DNA Polymerase is a highly processive, thermostable DNA polymerase. Due to its genetic modifications the innuTaq TITAN DNA Polymerase has an enhanced stability at room temperature with no activity loss up to 1 month. The enzyme has a 5‘ - 3‘ polymerization-dependent exonuclease replacement activity but lacks a 3‘ - 5‘ exonuclease activity. It is recommended for a wide range of PCR assays and TA cloning.

innuScript Reverse Transcriptase is a genetically engineered version of MMLV reverse transcriptase that exhibits improved specific activity over a broad range of cDNA synthesis temperatures from 42°C to 55°C. 5x SuperAmp Additive is a heat-stable and chemically inert low molecular weight compound, extracted and purified from thermophilic microorganisms. By stabilizing the native conformation of enzymes and enzyme complexes in vitro, 5x SuperAmp additive provides a higher product yield and lower background.
5x SuperAmp improves the thermostability of thermophilic polymerases and increases the half-life of many other enzymes in vitro. 5x SuperAmp additive also prevents biomolecules from premature denaturation under thermal or other stress conditions. In DNA polymerase assays 5x SuperAmp Additive suppresses the accumulation of false-primed fragments, mismatch extensions and concatemers. 5x SuperAmp Additive is very easy to use. No template/primer specific concentration optimum needs to be determined. 5x SuperAmp additive is compatible with any pre-optimized incubation buffer/additive composition. Unlike other buffer additives (DMSO, formaldehyde) it is stable and inert and does not affect the structural integrity of the enzymes or templates used.
